Sierra has had a good couple of weeks. She has temporally lost interest in the big girl potty, which I’m sure is a phase in the potty training journey. Her highlights have been going to the local pumpkin patch to pick a pumpkin, visiting with her Grandma and Papa, and trick-or-treating dressed up as Elmo.

The pumpkin patch had several barns full of assorted farm animals. Sierra seemed to enjoy feeding the goats the most, although petting a cow created a lasting memory (every morning she wakes up saying that she dreamt of petting cows). The hayride and picking pumpkins paled in comparison.

Halloween has been a ton of fun for Sierra. You might even call it a life altering experience. She loves looking at other kids in costume, she loves getting dressed up as Elmo, and she loves the candy! I’m sure she is going to be crushed when the “holiday” is over.
